Meet Shonda
Our Founder
Shonda got her taste for wedding planning when a family asked her for help coordinating her own special day. Until that point, she had mainly planned vacations and trips for family and friends. After that, Shonda knew that wedding coordination was what she wanted to do full time. She hasn’t looked back since. Allure Planning Services, LLC was born out of her desire to help people have the day of their dreams.

From the shower to the honeymoon, Shonda is by your side throughout the entire process. When it comes to the wedding day itself, Allure Planning Services, LLC has several packages to assist. Shonda offers day-of coordination for couples who are happy to do the bulk of the planning on their own. At the other end of the spectrum, however, is the full planning package. Through this, Shonda offers full-service coordination for the wedding alongside showers, a pre-wedding party, and honeymoon planning. On top of all of this, she can even organize a makeup artist to help you look and feel your best.

Meet Rosalyn
Wedding Officiant
Hello. Thank you for considering Allure Planning. My name is Rosalyn Ivey. I’m originally from Vicksburg, MS but now reside in Dallas, TX. I’ve been married for 5 years and have 4 boys. Family is most important to me. I’m a Grambling State University graduate. I officiate weddings and vow renewal ceremonies as an ordained officiant throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
I know you have many other options to choose from, but it’s important to find an officiant who is “just right” for you and your spouse. I perform marriage ceremonies that fit the style of your relationship because your ceremony should be uniquely yours. Let’s create a ceremony to remember!

Tons of fun, lots of energy, you'll feel like you've known her for years, that's what you get when Nina is behind the mic. Nina began her career in the entertainment industry while attending Grambling State University. In 2012, she received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Mass Communication while holding the prestigious title of Miss Grambling State University. Nina uses her impact and influence to advocate for unity and change in various community clubs and organizations including Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
Her fun personality and sultry voice are perfect
for corporate events, social functions, wedding receptions, and wedding officiating. Elegant vocal delivery and her ability to execute events
in a timely manner all while maintaining audience engagement and crowd control are what makes her a stand-out in the wedding industry.
In addition to being a seasoned emcee and certified wedding officiant, Nina is a nationally syndicated radio personality heard on over 17 radio stations throughout the country, including Dallas’ own K104 and Smooth R&B 105.7.
